BOOKING CONFIRMATION
In order to confirm the reservation, a deposit may be requested, which can amount up to the total amount of the estimate and can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. Guests wishing to receive an invoice for their stay are requested to promptly communicate the details of the same, otherwise the hotel will produce a personal fiscal receipt. Depending on the periods and availability of the structure, it is possible to book by telephone using a credit card as a guarantee. In this case the hotel performs a pre-authorization on the credit card provided by the customer which consists in verifying the validity of the card and in the consequent temporary blocking of the amount of the first night to guarantee the reservation. If the pre-authorization is not successful, the reservation cannot be considered valid.

CANCELLATION
The cancellation of a reservation with a deposit provides for the total loss of the deposit paid. In case of telephone reservation, this can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival without incurring penalties. In the event of late cancellations, a penalty equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged, while in the event of a no-show at the facility, the penalty applied will be equivalent to the amount of the entire stay. The aforementioned cancellation terms may vary in certain periods or for particular packages and offers and will be disclosed to customers during the booking process.
The cancellation of the reservation must necessarily take place in writing by email or by telephone. Only after the response of the structure, the cancellation can be considered valid.

WITHDRAWAL BY THE HOTEL
If an advance payment is not paid within the term defined by the Hotel at the time of booking, the Hotel will have the right to terminate the contract.

DOCUMENTS
It is necessary to show up at the hotel with a valid identity document (identity card, passport or driving licence). The document is required for all people who access the facility, including minors.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
The rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. It is allowed to anticipate the check-in time upon advance communication during the booking phase, or by contacting the structure which will provide confirmation if possible. If guests arrive at night, they are kindly requested to notify the hotel prior to their arrival.
